The best way to loose weight is to skip dinner ! try to make lunch ur last meal ! eat more vegetables and less bread and rise ! eat less fried food ! and drink more water !
drink a cup of water in the morning before you eat anything ! try to count ur calouries ! there's alot of books for that ! and all of this wont work without going to the gym or making sports at home the set up exercise is the best and dancing also! well or you can go for a walk for 1 hour everyday ! or even a bike ride !
and the last thing eat less junk food !
and dont let tht waste ur time ! enjoy ur life !

The first thing you should do is check with a medical doctor to determine if you are overweight. If you are, then I would suggest going to a nutrionist. They will be able to direct you to where you need to go - rather than you trying something blindly. Exercising does do wonders but you must also eat right, eat healthy, which a nutrisionist can help you do. Do not try crash diets because you will gain the weight back. You have to make a lifestyle change for yourself, which is the hardest thing to do.
Good luck!!

There is no such thing as being overweight for your age. A healthy weight depends on gender, height and body frame.
