If the guy is someone who is a friend of yours, I'd just come out and tell him. If he's a friend, he may feel the same way. If the guy is someone who you don't know so well, I'd get to know him as a friend first. If you still really like him, after you get to know him, then you can start dropping hints that you like him for a bit more than a friend.

i first met my fiance for 7 yrs when i was around ur age!
we were bestfriend in middle skool. so I guess that explains why we got so comfy each other and never get bored all these years!
i say DONT RUSH. get to know him better and give him time as well to know the "real" you.
u're still 13! anythin could happen in any second. just enjoy ur life, sweety

first initiate with friendship. give him smiles and hang around him. then start lessening it. if he misses u that means he likes u.find out a common friend of u too. if none there then make a common frend. ask him\her to settle things between u 2. look at his reaction if u talk to any other boy too much. is he jealous??if not, then try to make him. ask ur common frend to appreciate u in front of him.if he starts liking u...ask ur common frend to ask him to propose u.

Tell him indirectly through yr shared friends and see his reaction. It is noty normal for a girl to say such a things to guys directly, without friendship.

Don't tell him straight out because he might get a big head. Just give him hints, like smile, talk to him, be nice, let him figure out. You dont want to say I REALLY LIKE YOU and he says SORRY I DONT FEEL THE SAME WAY.

i wouldnt tell him directly try telling his friend or just come on to him furt a little, hell get the point.
but if you ask him you must remember that sometimes boys can feel wierd because boys feel that its their job to ask a girl out and by a girl asking them out they might feel less masculan.

If you want to tell him,you probably could walk up to him and tell him in a calm voice.My suggestion is that you always do it in person,any other way is cheap.

i'm 13 too. ask one of his friends if he ever talks about you and if he likes you or ask one of your friends to ask him. if he does like you, give him a note or talk to him or something.
