Go for a higher lofted driver 11-13 degrees. You will get more distance out of the higher ball flight. (Air is easier to travel than grass!)

Make sure the driver is not too long for you.

When you get taller and stronger, you will get more out of 9 to 10.5 degrees. But right now it would hurt your performance.

Good Luck

if you are not a powerful driver I would go with a higher degree don't take anything under 10 degrees but i'd take a 16degree with a graphite shaft. That should give you plenty of loft and a graphite shaft is more forgiving for begginers since it gives more yardage for a weaker stroke. with that you could probably hit the ball 250 yards maximum because the high degree means the loft would be very high when you hit it to high to carry it over 300 yards so when you are good enough to hit it that hard switch to an 8.5 or 9.0 degree driver with steel shaft.

well, you probably want an 11 degree cause you cant hit your driver very far. make sure all the basics are down in your swing. I average 250 now that i fixed my swing, and i only have a 10.5 degree. SPEED UP the swing, you'll get alot more power.

It depends on how high you want to hit your ball.
High 10-11 degrees
Low 7-8 degrees

Depends on how well you hit one. The higher the loft the easier it is to hit them and control the spin
