they gave out prizes for all of the subjects and some boy won everything.i feel like a failure cos even teachers were asking me why i didn't win nothin

I'd feel proud of my dad. Don't feel like a failure just bcoz u didn't win a prize. Its okay. Try harder next time.

You don't say why they asked your Dad in particular. Does he have some celebrity with your town, school? If not, it seems in bad taste to ask the parent of a child with no awards to chair the ceremony. If he is a celebrity, they were just trying to make the event more fun for all and it was an unfortunate oversight for them to ask him when you were not winning an award.
