So basically they are not Jewish but Christian. Any Jew educated in Torah will plainly see Jesus was not the Messiah.

I came from a typical "Christian" background, and I'm not Jewish - I'm a Gentile. But, I've come to the conviction that God chose the Jewish people as His own, and He sent His Son Yeshua to them first. It was supposed to be the Jewish people's responsibility to spread the news of Yeshua to the Gentiles. And that's how it began - with Jewish people who loved Yeshua and understood Him to be the fulfillment of the Messianic prophesies in the Tanach. They kept Shabbat (as did Yeshua) and ate kosher. Unfortunately, there developed a lot of resentment and hard feelings and splits in Judiasm. From that stemmed the Catholic church, who succeeded at completely turning off all Jewish people to Yeshua/Jesus - their Messiah! I think it's a horrible tragedy. Now there's a small group of us who are trying to return "Christianity" to it's Jewish roots because that's how God meant it to be. And I have to say that from my own experience, this has been the most spiritually amazing time of my life! I envy the Jewish people who grew up with so much of God and His culture. My deepest desire and prayer is that we can reach out to them and undo some of the harm and hurt caused by generations of "Christians."

In other words, they are Christians following a weird form of Protestant Christianity.
By what criteria can they call it a "Judaism"? None of the major branches of Judaism recognize it as Judaism. In fact, the only people who call it a Judaism are the Messianic Jews themselves and maybe a few missionary groups.

Well being that it says in the Old Testament that the Torah will never be changed. And being that it also says that even if one does thousands of miracles but tries to change the word of the Torah, he still can't change the Torah (and harsh measures are done to him), I would thus say such a concept is not cool at all.
If anything Messianic Jews are hypocrisy at its best. Heck, the Oral Torah even says the Messiah can't die. And sorry, but Jesus is dead. Such organizations compose of people who are soul searching, but are going no where. If only they read their Torah that they claim they follow (the real Torah, not their mistranslated one), perhaps then they will find the path their soul is looking to walk on.

Remember now,
Christian salvation was offered to the Jews first, then to us Gentiles.
In modern day, they can be Jew ethnically, and be christian. But how can they be both spiritually. They can't. Either accept Jesus as Christ, or not.
Rev 3:15-17 has another application, but read it here for this instance anway, because it shows the dedication Jesus wants.
15 'I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were cold or else hot. 16 So, because you are lukewarm and neither hot nor cold, I am going to vomit you out of my mouth.
