Cardiovascular exercise is the fastest way to burn calories. I just read today that competitors in the Tour de France burn 10,000 calories a day. That's almost a week's worth of calories for us mere mortals.
There are lots of different kinds of cardio you can do. You probably don't want to hop on a bike and cycle 100 miles before bedtime, but if you have access to a stationary bicycle, it'll do the trick. Other 'equipment' cardio includes treadmills, stair steppers, and rowing machines. If you're in a safe area, you can go for a run, jog, or brisk walk. Another answer above is jumping jacks - they're fine. And skipping rope if effective, too, if you have a place to do it. For something more fun, dance can be an aerobic activity.
The key to getting your body to burn that food off is to get your heart going faster - into aerobic exercise range - for a minimum of 8-12 minutes. For an approximation, that means breathing hard, but you can use the formula (at the address below, I'm not going to retype it here) if you want a more precise definition.
Every minute over that 8 to 12 burns between 5 and 10 calories, depending on intensity, your weight, and other factors. See the second URL below for a couple tables of how fast you're burning that energy.
And to answer your question more specifically, according to those tables, running fast and climbing stairs are fastest ways to burn those Kcals.

It's almost impossible to burn all the calories you JUST ate. You would have to do vigorous exercise for HOURS and since you did recently eat, you will most likely throw up and get bad cramps.

just be relax every time
stop drink coffee
stop smoking
stop drink alcohol
minimize to consume eggs or meat,
eat fish, consume fish which have scale
eat many tomatoes as much as possible
eat many cucumbers as much as possible
eat much green vegetables as much as possible
drink mininum 1,5 - 2 litres pure water a day
do any sport 4-5 days a week
have sex once a day
and you will be healthier.
