Apply for a student visa from canadian gov, whilst applying for a college at the same time. Once you get some sort of acceptance from education facility - there will be no problem for you to get a visa - along as you show funds, accomodation arrangements etc.
Also it would be a good idea to vist city/college of your choice before hand
