1 kg is roughly 2.2 lbs therefore 80 kg is about 176 lbs

80 x 2 = 160 +10% = 176 pounds.

Multiply KGs by 2.2.This will give you the conversion to lbs.This works for any number.I come up with 176 lbs for 80 kg.Just double the number then knock off the last digit and add that back in.ei 2x 80 160 knock off the zero and add back 16.I used to have to do this in powerlifting contests that had results in KG.Pretty simple way of doing it in your head.
