Thanx great advice by all, but I havent given you the full picture she blames everybody for her mistakes, she is uncapable of making dissisions without blaming others. She wanted him out anyway she doesn't like him she, she told me once she hates him and wishes him dead, If you met her you would see how warped and sad she really is no friends, every thing she talks about is bad things that have happened to other people and then laughs and ridcules them she brings with her negitive attiude and calma she never smiles, she is just a walking misery, She was only defending this brother, because it would make me feel bad informing authorities on brother.

She sounds like a real peach of a girl. She needs more help than you can give her. Counseling is the best bet. She is the only one who can make that decision. Can you suggest it to her? Not in terms of "You need help" but "Are you unhappy? There are people who can help." Any chance she suffers from depression?
