Yes. u can do it by restoring the system to an earlier check point to a date before uninstalling. This option is present in accessories of win xp.

if least u have backed up your system earlier
try using restore
start -> all programs ->accesseries->system>restore

else get the installation source and reinstall

Just enter "undelete" in your search window.There is lots of software that will do what you want,but only if that section of your hard drive has not been written over or defragged.
