I've stopped talking to them, because from a child to an adult, all they bring forth is hate, and confusion.
What I'm about to say is bringing tears to my eyes, although I'm still strong ... (( They never use the Word " LOVE " )) My Dad is the only one that'll say, " I love you " ... But it's not true, it's like JUDAS loving JESUS ... Nothing but a LIE !

Have you ever had to " ABHOR " ~ " SHUN " all your family, and friends ?? -&- Does it become easier within time ?

it seems such a shame you see your family like this , i can tell you from experience that not many men and fathers more so find it easy to say i love you at all , and for your father to say that , i cant imagine that being a lie sweetheart
please rethink this , is your faith blinding you to others love because it isn't the type of love that you feel for Jesus .. because if so then we all love in different ways , no two loves are the same , and that's OK , because when it comes down to it love is love
you get tough love where people say hurtful things to bring someone to their senses ... that is still love
you get a motherly or fatherly love where ... they may not like the things you do but they love you as part of them .. that is still love
please try and rethink this as you may be missing out on a whole lot of love from so many people

I know exactly what you are talking about.
You have to stay away until you are strong enough in the Lord to be able to withstand them.
Jesus said it is better to show Judgment,Mercy and Faith.You showed Judgment,and after you are stronger you will
show Mercy[and mercy is knowing someone is wrong but loving them right where they are],and Faith cometh from hearing and hearing from the word of God.

Your family and friends will support you financially and emotionally should the need arise, the book from which you quote will do no such thing.
If you become starving and homeless, your family and friends will give you food and shelter and will always love you for who you are; your book will not.
You say you only care about God, this means you don't care about your family, this means you don't care about yourself and that is unacceptable.

First of all, I am an atheist,.
Second, unfortunately we are nowhere near 99% yet, but don't worry, we'll work on it.
Third, is it your idea to spread love to stop talking to your kin only because they have other ideas than you have? I'ld rather call it narrowmindedness.
