You've obviously never gone down the walk of shame. It's the next morning when you have to leave your date's dorm room wearing the exact same party dress you had on the night before and walk down the hall with all the other guys in the dorm whooping & hollering.
However, If you bring him to your place, you're the one in control and can say when things stop. But, I'm thinking it's a matter of comfort. Have some FUN!!

Go to his place. It'll let you know if he lives like a pig or is a neat housekeeper. Never let him know right off from the start where you live, he might want to come over all the time and bother you.

Have him come to you. You will see how much of a gentleman he is if he does. That's just "how it should go", if you know what I mean. Anyway, make him a dinner or a dessert and invite him over for that. If you're teen, invite him over for a family dinner or movietime and maybe to burn cd's or something.
If you go to his place it may seem desperate and make him lazy and realize that you'll do anything for him (that's bad) and he won't have to do a thing for you.

Depends on how long you have been dating. If you have just started dating don't rush into going to either. If you have been dating for a suitable time that you feel comfortable. Go too your please first so that you will have control of the situation. Let a friend know that you are having somebody over and that way if anything happens you will have a witness. Please stay safe.

this can be viewed more than one way - if you are talking about a new relationship - if it doesn't work out do you want him knowing where you live? - on the other hand you will be more out of your element at his place.

now - if it's a familiar relationship - I see no difference other than which place you like to hang out at the most.

well, i would prefur him to come to my place, but i live with poeple so that would be hard, so i have to go to his...... but i am not going to any more beacuse he doesnt offer to come to mine at all, if the guy just wants you to run around after him then dont the train goes both ways so share it 50/50.

both. he should come to you and you should go to him. if he doens't let you come over his place, then he is hiding somthing or someone in that case.
