Grilled fajita chicken (fajita seasoning, long cross cut pieces) sandwich with melted provolone on a kaiser bun or wheat bread. Yum.

Grilled mushroom salad subs. These are extra yummy and travel well. They're messy to eat, but soooooo good. I tend to skip the parsley, and improvise with whatever's in the fridge. Mmmmmmm. :)
