Like to find out where school is, and if any records exist back to 1890 to trace family.

Halls Creek is in the far north of Western Australia. It is wild country still to this day. To have been a teacher way back in the 1890s would have been akin to being a missionary in deepest africa.

It is in the area known as The Kimberleys and is not too far from the Northern Territory border. If you contact the Western Australia Department of Education you will be able to find out your answer.
