Im a bit confused, what is your actual question?
Do you want someone to tell you, that you can do it?
Do you want someone to help you make the plane reservation?
Do you want someone to pay and buy your ticket for you?
This isn't a travel agency, just advice on travel to do with Korea.

If you are in Korea now, there are many Korean travel agencies that can speak english. If you can read Korean, then the Korean online tickets are cheaper. If you can speak Korean... go to a Korean travel agency. Seems to me that they add a bit extra on for foreingers.
Im fairly sure that they will be able to get you a flight going that way, including the stop over.
Here are some Korean travel agents to check out for cheap tickets.

www.freedom.co.kr

www.zenithtravel.co.kr

www.xanadu.co.kr

www.marcopolo.co.kr

www.timemachine.co.kr

www.withustour.co.kr

I think most of them can do transactions in English.

My favourite is www.tourcabin.co.kr but it's all in Korean.
