Do they let you play on a psp on a plane as long as you have the wireless feature off?

Yes you can,

But you will be asked not to use it during take off and landing

yeah, my boyfriend played his on the way home from australia, for as long as his battery lasted. but it's as you say, keep the wireless feature off. oh, and if you're flying during daylight hours, the glare can be a bit annoying on your screen, so close the window blind! happy flying.
