for a woman like me--i just love it up on the mountains on a cold, starry night...and where we can overlook the whole city lights and all that...its just so romantic for me. so if it were my preference, id love to be proposed anywhere where there's a scene like that. it isnt necessary that it'd be in another country or someplace far. because when it all comes down to it....it matters little where he proposes, it just matters that he does.c",)
