I recently had operation on my leg, as my veins were blocked up through SMOKING, I saw a friend of mine in hospital, about 10 years older than me, who didnt give up smoking, hes had his leg off.
its hard and I do crave, but I know that even one puff could do loads of harm I have no choise, I dont want to lose a leg or my life.
I been smokking over 30 years, think of all that money spent, just to endanger my life, how stupid have I been
theres no easy way to give up, that I know of, but I wish you all the luck in the world

My sister gave me the first puff of a cigarette 20 years ago when I was 13. Since then I've been hooked. It's such a disgusting habit, I hate the way my clothes and hair smell, but trying to quit is much easier said than done. I'm going to get my teeth whitened in a few weeks and I've been cutting down slowly day by day. It's so addictive to me that I don't know how I will handle being totally off of them. I guess you can put the addiction right up there with any other kind of addicting drug. If you don't smoke, stay that way. Wish me luck!!!

I haven't smoked yet.
It has a biological addiction which means after smoking for a period of time, your body gets to use it and if you want to quit, this biological addiction or biological habit reflects on your brain.
As a result you will feel some pressure in your thoughts and feelings as a part of your mind.
This pressure triggers you to smoke again.
It is better for quitting see your Dr.

Can't tell you how to quit. For me, 50 years now.
QUIT NOW.
You can lose more than your life to smoking. You may "live" without some of your most precious functions.
Think about it!

I've always found it interesting that, I've never known a "blind" person that smoked.

i started smoking because i thought it was cool ( how wrong i was) you should quit because you want to, think of your health, do you want to start waking up in the morning with a hacking cough, and with a certainty of dying young, and to think of all the money you will save, also the smell gets everywhere, hair, clothes, and of course your breath. good luck.

You need to replace your addiction with another addiction. Replace smoking with drinking water whenever you get the urge.
