My budgie would go insane when I played a song "I wanna go to Katmandu" (something like that). Mozart would put him to sleep.

I have a lot of favorite songs, actually. :-P
But seriously, my parrot doesn't really have any musical tastes; he just likes to watch TV all day long. That's probably a good thing, though. The last thing I would want is for him to love a song, memorize it, and then squawk it back to us eighteen hours a day at 120 decibels.

I have a red-cheeked amazon parrot who loves bagpipe music. He listens intently. We received him when he was older so have no idea where his love for bagpipe music comes from. He is now 65 years old. He also will not bathe without the vacuum running. Loves the sound of motors - sanding, drilling, jig-sawing, and such. We love him so we accept his little quirps.

I have a few parrots...
red sided eclectus female, African Grey, lesser jardine, albino ringneck...a few cockatiels...and they all copy each other and love a traditional South African song called jan Pierrewiet..its like a choir when they all start up.... you can check them on my web page
