couldnt work this one out - looked at your other recent questions and got those (some quite clever!). This one tho - I know what your are doing but cant see how anyone is every going to manage to answer it in any way you will find entertaining. If they didnt get the steven spielberg reference they are not going to get this one!!!!

(I like bacon sandwiches too but i dont think they would change the Taste much, do you?)

Without knowing exactly how you dress your current favorite bacon sandwich it is difficult to know just what to suggest so you get a broad spectrum...

If you are refering to a classic BLT try changing the varieties of lettuce you use. Personally I enjoy Arugula or Bibb lettuce which changes the overall taste of the sandwich. Other possibilities include Radiccio, Endive, Frissee (Chickory), red leaf, green leaf..with the exception of the last 2 these lettuces all have strikingly different flavors and will showcase the Bacon in many different ways.

There are several varieties of Bacon to enjoy...Peppered Bacon, Maple, Applewood- smoked, Pancetta, Prosciutto (ham), Alderwood-smoked, Canadian Bacon, Sugar-cured bacon, Brown sugar-cured, Honey-cured and believe it, or not, Beef Bacon (www.swissmeats.com) Wild Boar bacon, Duck bacon (igourmet.com), Irish bacon and, of course, Turkey.

Change the variety of Tomato - German Pinks, Beefsteak (my favorite), green tomatoes, gold tomatoes (less acidic).

Or change your condiment - Aiolis are a great change of pace from plain mayo...roasted garlic being the traditional try roasted red pepper, peppercorn, pesto aioli, Other types of dressings: any ranch dressing, bleu cheese (again, my favorite), thousand Island, etc.

The introduction of another ingredient can jazz up the taste as well...Onions of all varieties, cheeses, chicken or turkey (club sandwich), shaved beef..any of these can actually enhance the bacon flavor used as a secondary ingredient.

I don't know if this is what you were looking for, but I gave it my best shot... :)

Try adding chilli to it. Regular tasting food such as roast chicken, vanilla ice cream (you read it right ice cream!) can make your food even better.
