There is no Italian word "centriolo". However, there is "cetriolo", which means cucumber. So if this is a mis-spelling the sentence would best be translated as:
"Two cucumbers please, and do you have snakes?"
"C´e serpente?" can also mean "Are there snakes" but you would also use it to ask a shopkeeper, if he has snakes (or whatever).
Still, it doesn't seem to make a lot of sense to me. Unless there is a sexual connotation of which I'm not sure of.

that would be

and, this sentence doesn´t make sense
please, i would like two cucumbers, and is there a snake?(Italian)

Hi, I'm Italian... I found the question very strange... it doesn't mean anything really.... but approximatively... "please, can I have two cucumbers, and is there a snake?"... you sounds a little bit shady... don't u think?
