I don't need your judgement calls or other opinions - its a legitimate question.
Its not my first time cutting, but I want to make sure its very sterile. I don't care if it disgusts you, "to each his own".

An autoclave works best if you can get it, but if not, try dousing them in rubbing alcohol.

washing an object in a dishwasher on a normal cycle (not the energy saver) will sterilize just about anything
