I'm still not sure on the name for my newborn nephew, just curious to see what other people think... my friends are pretty much 50/50 on it.

It sounds a bit like a days of our lives name. And if shortened you do realise you will be calling him a spice for the rest of his life - mace. My favourite boys name is David or Sam or Brian.

I have a nephew named Mason. I first thought of Mason Jar and next a bricklayer. I personally don't like it.

Mason is here EUROPE not very common do not know if there where you live it is...i'd rather choose a name not very common for your nephew...he is meant to become someone special give him some name that'll make him special.
my son' s name is Kenny probably very common in USA but not in europe it means handsome/ fire in celtics
what will be his family name that could be easier to give you a name passing with it

It must me an American because you never hear anyone in England called Mason.But if the parents want that name good for them.My favourite boys name is Billy because that's my sons name.

I like Mason,my friends son is called it.My son is mark and my grqandson is marshall.I wasnt sure about Marshall for his name at first but it grew on me and hes gorgeous

Don't give him a name that kids can REALLY make fun of
"Mason" is that kind of name !
pick a normal name please, don't send the kid into the world with one strike already against him, let him be a normal little kid !
There's a meat head biker guy near me that named his kid "Harley" (Nice little kid). I had to ask, and the father told me he named him after "Harley Davidson" the motor cycle guy. I did'nt have the heart to tell him that "HARLEY DAVIDSON" are two last names of men who started a motor cycle company.
"MASON" sounds like a "LAST" Name !

mason sounds good but i guess it is better not to pick a name that can be made fun of .. you know! this little boy will hate his name for a long, long time ..
