I hear there's one out there in which you let it sit in a jar for awhile and after that, you can't taste the everclear.

Demonade

Everclear 1 oz.
Grenadine 1 dash
Lemonade 12 oz.
Tabasco Sauce 1 dash

Glass to Use
Highball glass


Mixing Instructions
Shake lemonade and Everclear in a cocktail shaker with ice. Add grenadine and tabasco sauce. Strain into glass.

Clear Lemonade

Everclear 2 1/2 oz.
Lemonade 5 oz.

Glass to Use
Highball glass

Mixing Instructions
Fill glass with ice. Then add everclear. Last the lemonade. Best when shaken and not stirred. Gets a better taste to it. Watch out though it sneaks up on you.

Rum, light 1 oz.
Vodka 1 oz.
7-up 1 splash

Collins glass


Mixing Instructions
Shake everything with ice and pour into a collins glass with ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Yeah, you take 3/4 of a glass of everclear, add ice (quickly), and the rest lemon aid. After about 1/2 a glass you won't care if or who it tastes.

There is no top notch way to make ever-clear palatable. In fact it is dangerous to drink pure alcohol. Your best bet would be to dilute 50/50 with the flavor of your choice. Even then it would still be as strong as drinking 100 proof vodka straight out of the bottle.

what is everclear? The only recipe I know involves lemons, mineral water and sugar.
