Seeing as how you give us two options, and 13 people have already answered you. BOTH. True and False. But it's not just twins. If there are two kids, one is bound to be evil same thing if there are three. Of course definitions of evil are different. I have been accused of being evil, but that's because they couldn't have me!! :))
