I think sex can happen after both people have been dating each other for awhile (the amount of time, depends on both of them) and they feel they really know each other well and are serious about each other.
If these conditions are not met, I think the sex will be empty and meaningless instead of being a loving, rewarding, intimate experience.

When you're ready to support a baby financially, & emotionally so your mom won't have to babysit when you need to go out with your friends.
Oh, and make sure you don't get any STDs now, you'll have to get those lasered, or burned off with acid because taking a prescription pill is for temporary relief.
