Have you ever heard of Epherdra? This pill makes you not want to eat!!! You can go a whole day without eating and not feel but a little bit hungry and if you drink water the hunger goes away. It also gives you so much energy you burn even more calories just being wired. You cannot buy in the stores anymore but you can order it online. Just search for Ephedra products and there are many site. Good luck I lost 65 lbs in 4 months no excersie!!

I admire you, you want the facts. Like Breeze said, don't eat. It's really that simple. I've never had a weight problem, as has no one in my ring of friends, we don't pig out daily. maybe once a week, the rest of the time we work on projects, I'm writing a novel, my buddy is building a race car, his costs money, mine don't. It's all up to you and your environment. Just remember this when you get on the scale in the bathroom: HOW MUCH DID I EAT YESTERDAY? Your result will show up on the scale. Good luck, Ron

Sorry, you're going to get my 2 cents worth anyway....anorexia is NOT the way to go. If you want to loose weight, eat small meals at least 6 times a day. If you loose any of the nutrition that your body needs, you will end up in the hospital with far worse problems. Most people who "think" they are fat are far from it. Why don't you get a doctor to help you instead of doing something as life threatening as anorexia?

Have only half the amount of food you usually eat. Have 5 almonds and water for 15 days and take laxatives, not the tablet kind the herbal ones they do not do as much damage and also help you in weight loss. I am doing this at the moment but with me it is also I have a lot of black coffee with no sugar and I smoke like a chimney. Good Luck

how old are you? have your body fat measured by your doctor. you are headed down the wrong uh, ...... path. don't take that ....thing on which certain various persons are known to travel on. You are so much more than this temporal shell, why is it so important to you? Talk to a therapist about your self-image, self-perception. I am the opposite. I am a little over weight, but i worry about being thin. I think i look goood dag, yo.

Drink water for a week, then have an apple or a salad like once a week. You'll survive and you'll lose weight. I don't think it's wise, but you know the risks and that's your decision.

If you think your fat being anorexic is not the way to go, you will only hurt yourself that way. Just try eating only when your hungry that has kept weight off of me.
