This is tricky to answer without more details, but I suggest staying very calm and quiet, and letting the teacher regain his/her composure. If you feel that there are issues you wish to take up with the teacher, pick a good time to ask politely if you could have a chat about it (perhaps after class). Again, it's important to stay calm. Most teachers work under an enormous amount of stress, and if they have problems outside work too - then they can explode! If you feel it necessary, you could talk to your school counsellor, or another teacher about it, in confidence.

being human, teachers, like everyone else, express anger from time to time.
just go with the flow, and try to not add fuel to the fire.
If you are a student, learning is YOUR job. An angry teacher cannot make you learn, cannot learn for you, and cannot stop you from learning. Neither can a happy teacher.

find out what makes the teacher angry and what makes the teacher happy.
Try to help out - keep the class quiet and working.
Is the teacher just angry at certain students, in certain situations or in general?
What triggers the outbursts?
Be as helpful as you can - and enlist the other students in this.
It's easier to learn when the teacher isn't angry.
