Commercially farmed vegetables are often sprayed with a variety of noxious chemicals, animals are injected with hormones and antibiotics and processed foods are filled with artificial additives.
The effect of this cocktail on the human body must be deletarious. Manufacturers claim the individual products are safe, but what about the effect of the combining of these poisons in the human digestive system. What will be the long term effect on organs such as the liver, which is the organ that detoxifies what we take in?
The amount of money made by the chemical manufacturers will militate against any amelioration of chemical adulterants used in food, unless we consumers vote with our feet and wallets. Grow your own veg, if you can, reduce consumption of meat and buy organic when you can. Use local butchers rather than supermarkets, and prepare as much of your own food as possible, rather than buying packaged food.

organic food is a myth, the plants are not consuming the manure, only the rain disolve the nutrient salts and that feed the vegetations.organic meter loosen the ground structure,so the plants healtier and more vigorius.bigest problem the toxic sprays, but if anybody would accept some worms and grabs that would be healthy.

it would be amazing if organic food replaced all the junk thats out there but its never going to happen cause people feed their tastebuds not their hunger
organic food is so much better for you it digests better it usually still contains nutrients and minerals your body needs which many people are lacking and its not going to cause youcancer if you eat it unlike all the additives and chemicals in food today
i eat healthy and its the best thing ive ever done for myself just eliminating junk food from my diet and continuing with the same amount of excersize and calories i lost 20lbs

I go organic when I can. The food (especially the fruit) tastes better, and I don't ingest pesticides, wax, preservatives, etc.
But I'm no hippie. I'll down a whole bag of chili cheese Fritos if I feel the urge.

i would definitely prefer organic food over those fast-paced foods we get nowadays. it surely has more benefits for our brain and body.
difference and benefits?
-has no preservatives
-safe
-no chemicals used
-no pesticides, insecticides etc.
-more nutritious
the downfall?
-organic food is quite expensive since there are no chemicals to be used for growning them. they would be prone to be having diseases and are few in numbers for harvest.
