There may be 3 parts, but it is still ONE GOD.....He plays one part Father, one part Son, and one part Holy Spirit and all parts have a purpose to the ONE GOD....They are not separate entities.

It's impossible to Muslims and everyone else to accept that ANY trinity = ONE. It makes absolutely no sense. Jesus never said he was God, he always said he was sent by God. If someone is sent by God, how can they be the very One doing the sending? It is a false doctrine.

Christians believe that one person of the trinity = fully God. They believe that the father = full God, the son = full God, and the holy spirit = full God. How can 1/3 still = 1???????????

It doesn't compute, and it's a false doctrine. God is ONE AND ONLY. We must make absolutely NO partners with Him. Those who do are sinning.

Because, Christians don't understand that they believe in the same god, and for them there are no sons and the spooks.

I don't understand because, I was let down by Santa, Tooth Fairy and Cinderella.

See the bottom line we all got to understand is that we all are stuck in our own pit. We have all been made closed minded from birth. Like Sir Newton said, While the great ocean of knowledge lies in front of us, we are kiddos picking pebbles on the sea shore. The universe it self is vast - so many thing we will not learn for generations to come. What is important for us is to kind of break the shackles that we are tied to and open our hearts, minds and souls to the outside world - where we will find a lot of new things and new ways of thinking. I am not telling to forget the religion or god, but openness will sure help you look at them in a different way, where you will have more respect for them.

Jesus never said it. The word trinity is no where to be found any where in the bible. There is no verse by Jesus saying that: "I am your God or his son, and you should worship me".

It is when anyone breaks the First Commandment: Thou shalt have no other gods before Me... ..", he or she becomes liable to the wroth of ALLAH ALMIGHTY. Throughout history people attempted to pervert that commandment, pagans, Christians and Jews. The connotations here, are they all speak and believes in gods, not one but, as many as they can feed it into others minds to deviate them from what is accepted by ALLAH as normal and righteous.

In The Encyclopedia Americana we read: “Christianity derived from Judaism and Judaism was strictly Unitarian (believing that God is one being). The road which led from Jerusalem to Nicea was scarcely a straight one. Fourth century Trinitarianism did not reflect accurately early Christian teaching regarding the nature of God; it was, on the contrary, a deviation from this teaching.” (1956), Vol. XXVII, p. 294L.

That answers your comment about "the Qura'n is newer" . Well, the NT is newer than the OT and the Psalms.

Have a closer look at the bible:

Because Christianity can't even wrap it's head around this one ... those that claim they do are just buying into the dogma. If you really consider the situation and how it's been applied, it just doesn't work very well.

Exa: Jesus' sacrifice ... if he truly is God, then why would he need to endure any physical suffering ... as he is God, then he can simply fulfill the laws without all the mess. And, as he is God, his death is meaningless anyway, since he can't die ... so he wasn't losing anything, was he?

Also, why would you need to pray through Jesus to God ... if Jesus is God, then by praying to Jesus you are in fact praying to God. The dogma asserts something is true, but if you really take a look at the way it's applied there are a lot of issues.

Honestly read below and try answering the question,

In traditional Hinduism there is mention of 330 million gods; but in principle there is only one God. Do you think that Hindus believe in only one God?

Your likely answer would be No. We do not equate many to one. 3 is many - and a person equating 3 to 1 should in principle should also be able to equate any number to 1.

Now, coming to the paradox; the answer is the God in Hinduism is believed to be both the cause and effect of existence (of everything); and existence and God are not separable; that in effect makes everything a part of Divine singularity.

If you think many cannot be one; do not blame Muslims for not understanding it.

Because it is a farse. I'm not Muslim but I've found so many contradictions in many religious texts. Besides, Jesus is the Son of Man, not the Son of God. God, Allah, Yahweah is just the one entity. My thoughts are that Judaism, Christiantity and Islam all worship the same nasty god.

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.

[1] Say: He is Allah, the One and Only;

[2] Allah, the Eternal, Absolute;

[3] He begetteth not, nor is He begotten;
[4] And there is none like unto Him.

=====================================
68] They say, "Allah hath begotten a son!" Glory be to Him! He is Self-Sufficient! His are all things in the heavens and on earth! No warrant have ye for this! Say ye about Allah what ye know not?

[69] Say: "Those who invent a lie against Allah will never prosper."

[70] A little enjoyment in this world! and then, to Us will be their return. Then shall We make them taste the severest Penalty for their blasphemies.

Because it's a lie, no offense.

Plus, God told us to reject trinity in our Holy Book. We won't argue with you about it... we don't believe what is false. We neither accept God as your so-called Father or Jesus as your so-called Son of God. We believe in God Almighty as One, Infinite and Eternal being who is independent of all, who does not beget nor was begotten. We also believe Jesus is a mighty Messenger and Prophet and the Messiah born to the Virgin Mary, but we never call him son of God (especially not the only begotten son of God), that is blasphemy, if only you knew. May God's peace be upon them both.

You go your way, we shall go our way.

I agree with Patricia and Haroon.
I have a theologist friend. If he would start to explain how you should imagine the Trinity, you couldnt understand at all. This is something we cant understand easily. This is out of our nature and the known world.
Let Muslims to believe in their religion. Did they disturb you??
They think Islam is the true faith. The only one. You think the truth is the Trinity. Just prove it...
You should understand: faith is something you cant see with your eyes. Why you expect Muslims to see that the Trinity is the truth???

a lot of christians have a hard time understanding the concept of trinity also.

i go to catholic school and it is not that they don't want to understand it, its just that it kind of is confusing to think that Jesus who came ot earth, is hte same as the eternal father, is the same as the holy ghost.

For some people it takes many years of theology classes to understand this fully, so it's not necessarily the Muslim's fault, they probably just arent educated much about the Christian faith, kind of like there are many questions Christians don't understand about their faith, such as jihad or how they can justify killing someone in the name of God.
