Chemistry is more how your personalities mesh together and you get along. Physical attraction is more the visual part.

Yes, there is a difference...
Chemistry would relate more to your ability to communicate with someone, understand each other, the 'je ne sais quoi' you sometimes have with a person -- like a feeling that you've known them before, or all your life, or wish that you did... that you just want to be with that person and enjoy being with them... thats chemistry.
Now Physical attraction.... is when you look at the centrefold of a playboy/girl (depending on your pref) mag! lol...
When you're attracted merely/mostly to a persons image.. like a celebrity, for example... or a beautiful/handsome model.
Hope that clarifies your doubts!
I prefer chemistry.. physical attraction fades at some point of time.
But to each his own.. most guys prefer physical attraction... like a friend once told me.. better to spend one minute with a beautiful girl than a lifetime with an ugly one...

there is a difference, i am physically attracted to lots of people, like i saw the hottest guy i ever saw in person at krogers last evening, i was sooo attracted to him, but who knows if we would have chemistry. chemistry is like if your two personalities "click" and you get along and see each others point of view and how well u 2 understand each other.also if you have a mutual attraction to each other.

there is a difference, like when you meet there is chemistry, and phsyical attraction is just when somebody thinks youre hot, rather have chemistry cause youre a likeable person or whatever and get along well with people
