Alcohol can really screw up your sleep patterns and damages the sleep centres in your brain. Eventually you won't be able to sleep at all. That's when you have to drink so much you simply fall down and konk out. Not a good look.

Yep i'm one of them, drink masses at night but daytime i sip like a ( you know)

drinking liquor may make you sleepy. however, it has a rebound effect which may appear only a few hours after getting sobber. you will definitely be having trouble with sleeping because of this rebound effect. : )

i have the same problem maybe its because there is more food on your stomach to soak it up at night
