Don't eat there any more, because the whole place is probably infested!... I worked at a place like that once. One time I sprayed and cockroaches started coming out of every little nook and cranny! They were scampering everywhere! I got blasted by the management! I never did that again because there were way too many to ever kill with a can of insecticide... we had several complaints of cockroaches in the food.. one girl had one in her soft serve icecream, one in a doughnut, one in her milk shake. They used to get stuck in the doughnut fat and die in it all the time! It was pretty horrific actually. Not to mention the rest of the poor food hygene standards that place had. It was in a shopping centre, and the owner owned three shops there of which I had to work in each at one time or another... I can safely say the whole shopping complex was infested with the little beasties! So if you see any in a food outlet... keep away from there!
Looking back I should have reported them to the health inspectors, but I was just 16 and rather shy. Maybe you could do that? I only worked there three months and also found out my rottern bastard of a boss had been fingering my pay cheque! >:[
