hydrogen peroxide...works as well as bleach. Ever notice how you don't smell bleach at the doctor's office or hospital? They always just smell clean...they use peroxide. Little brown bottle less than a buck. Use it in place of bleach in the laundry too...gets blood out every time...and it kills all bacteria.

bleach is a very good disinfectant it can be quite strong smelling so you might want to water it down.
