I do it everyday, but my parents don't (especially my dad).. For example, I've heard about if someone sat on a bench with bird droppings on it or some other substance etc... And returned home... How do I convince my parents to change?

yes, i also change my clothes upon reaching home from office.

with regards to your concern, it will be a difficult task for you to convince your parents to change specially when it has become their lifestyle, hmmm, let me suggest the following...

you have to open up whats inside you, i mean you open a topic related to this situation, using a third party example but you have to voice it out it very close to whats happening there inside your house. like saying, dad, my classmate's parents are ....etc etc (indirectly its them you are talking about), then ask them whats their opinion and how can you help your classmate. in this way you will realize whats your parents' outlook

or

in a very concerned manner, tell your dad that his shirt is wet with sweat and to avoid getting sick, he has to change, or that it smells bad, you can fabricate many good reasons for a start.

maybe this will work but on a temporary basis....as i said, if it has been into their system, its really difficult to change, but theres no harm in trying....so good luck

Hmm of course it's worth it...it's actually necessary especially if there are very young kids around the house. The environment outside the house is dirtier.

Besides, it isn't even comfortable to wear the same clothes you wore at work.

You can try to honestly explain your concern to your parents. Be careful not to hurt their feelings though.

Yes! You definitely have to change (or at least you parents, as role models). The dirt/pollution from outside will contribute to your clean house once you get home. Try convincing them of their health being at risk and not only theirs, but their children and other people living in the house as well. This might contribute to disease if they continue doing it.

Worry about your own life and don't try to change your parents, for what actually?

You will never have any guarantee that there are no unwanted things in the house - and to have a clinically clean house will make you getting illnesses more easily.

Don't bother. Would you wear whatever clothes they picked out for you? Probably not. They have their own styles and they're kind enough to indulge you yours.

Yes, I do it, too. Don't convince them to change, they won't.
