Ok the word is SEW not SOW (that's a female PIG). Now did you nap through sex education EVERY YEAR or just most of it? In order to achieve pregnancy you need.....a sperm, a vagina, fallopian tubes, ovaries and yes the most important part a UTERUS. How many men do you know that have a UTERUS? As far as the women having sex change to be a man....umm no vas defrens, no scrotum no penis.....no sperm!

Sex change operations are more of a "plastic surgery" type of thing....they can make all the parts LOOK nice but they can't make 'em work.

Sorry i can answer only half of your question but to share my opinion, I guess a man who underwent a sexchange could not get pregnant because of the absence of ovary. Hmm about women...i dont know the answer :-)

The bright part of it is that technology now a days keeps on getting advance and people dont stop discovering ways and means for the possibilities of things out of scientific studies and researches. See what seems impossible yesterday is possible today, in the same manner, we look forward for tomorrow

Nope, when one goes through SRS (sexual resassignment surgery) one would not be able to produce sperm (for FTMs, male to females) or eggs (for MTFs, female to males).
For FTMs, it's called phalloplasty, "a graft of tissue, usually from the inner side of the forearm, sometimes from the upper arm or the leg. This tissue is removed from its original place, rolled up, with a part of it forming the new urethra, and grafted to its new place between the thighs."
For MTFs, it's called vaginoplasty, "The testicles and the erectile tissue of the penis are removed. A vaginal space is created below the urethra (urinary tube). The penile skin is used to line the vaginal vault, which eliminates the need for skin grafts in most cases. In patients with a shorter penis (less than 5 inches erect when measuring from the underside), distant grafts may still be avoided if the scrotum is cleared of hair preoperatively."

A man who changes to a woman can't get prego cause he/she won't get a uterus (at least they haven't gone there yet- it's probably in the works).

A woman who changes to a man can't get preggers because they remove all of her girlie bits n' pieces.

I wish they would spend more time trying to find a cure for AIDS, cancer, and ALS, etc., instead of perfecting the art of gender reassignment. I'm not against it, I just think the others are more important.

no and no. a man who gets his cock changed to a vagina will have a vagina and i pretty sure you could pee from it but you cant get pregnant. and if a woman gets the switch done well it would be like your typical man trying to get pregnant. it wouldnt work, unless the penis was added as an extra and the vagina was still there, if that is even possible.

but if you are just talking about taking hormones and changing appearance. but not getting the surgery done, then im sure a woman still could. but no a man still could not.

No, they take what she already has and stretch it, or use a prosthetic. And no, they can't reproduce. They can't make the eggs or sperm to create a baby. Nor can they actually give a man a womb.

No. The sex change doesn't give the internal sexual organs. Just the appearance. No uterus, no testicles, no ovaries.
