Yes, I would fearlessly go on a cruise on the Titanic 2.
Since going down after hitting that iceburg in 1912, the advancements in radar, sonar and other technologies have developed to the point that there could never be a recurrence of the event that sank the first 'unsinkable" Titanic.

They would NEVER name a ship Titanic 2. Seamen are the most superstitious people you will ever meet, and that name is just plain bad luck.
