of chain restaurants in the Orlando, Fl area... and the few that aren't are expensive. Anyone know a good alternative? Homemade type or healthy cuisine, or just original?

there are some good restaurants in downtown Winter Park, across from Rollins Collage, no chains there, my wife and I go there all the time.

Because either you are hyper-critical or you have identified a good business opportunity. I'm thinking (well both) the latter. That's how great businesses become...they fill a need.
