I don't think I can answer this question since only God himself would know the answer. However, I can speculate since he has provided me and you with the ability to think so that we can come up with the answer ourselves.

From experience in my own life, I've noticed something that is common in others lives as well as mine. We have the ability to choose what we want to do in this life. God has provided us with the ability to stop violence along with the ability to create it as well.

It's up to the masses to choose what course of action we must take but remember it begins with everyone. Even you. So perhaps instead of asking why God is silent to violence, I do have to ask what are you doing to stop this violence you speak of. I understand that as individuals it's difficult to change the course of things that are happening but together we can all change the outcome by discussing and communicating our thoughts that can eventually change the minds of our political leaders that we choose to make our bigger decisions, perhaps even replace the leaders that we choose to appoint responsible and accountable leadership.

I hope God has a plan for us because in the end that's all we really have, that things will change for the better... Hope.

Wars have brought death and destruction throughout history.
But through war we have improved quality of life (this is subject to where you live in the world of course). Life itself has evolved along with technology. We live in cities where 100 years ago different races now would never coexist and this only happened through great struggle.

Now, we are experiencing another type of struggle... a conflict
that I personally cannot explain because we do not have all sides of the story just yet. But I HOPE that it is for the betterment of mankind and that after this crisis is over, we will have a world that better understands itself.

So you see, perhaps he had a plan to begin with, we have to help in this choice that we have been given. Having the ability to choose comes with a price, and that price is living in a world where some people choose violence as their method to solve their problems. Let's hope in the future we set alternatives for ourselves.

Let's hope that that is his answer to all this violence.

Why are YOU silent to violence? God works with you to the point God can work through you.

When you create anything like a computer, or a TV or anything, don't you put a guide book with it so people who buy it then could know how to use it?

Well God did the same, He created the universe and sent a Holy Book as a guidance, all answers are there, but we never refer to a Holy Book.

And God is not silent, but rules are rules..

What do you mean, silent? You mean he hasn't said anything to you?

If you read the bible, you might find what the God of Judaism/Christianity has to say about violence.

Heck, start with Genesis chapter 4, God answers to violence.

Earth is a world of suffering and expiation. Once people understand more of thier individual spiritual being, as well as reincarnation, violence will begin to drop dramatically.

God is silent to this, because it is apart of the Law of Progress, which contains the Laws of Destruction and War.

Oh yes, it's so easy to blame God for the things we bring upon ourselves. God is a big, easy target that does not argue or fight back.

God is not silent. Not at all. God is always communicating with us, through the universal law of attraction. God is not a "being" but the eternal energy and process of life.

God gave humanity the gift of free will and therefore the ability to create our own reality.

The universal law of attraction maintains that the vibrations we emit into the world via our conscious or unconscious beliefs, thoughts, emotions, words (written and verbal) and actions, and whether they are positive or negative, love-based or fear-based, lead to the events that we experience in return, in one form or another.

These vibrations occur singly, by individuals and collectively, by humanity's various societies and cultures.

God gives free will but doesn't take it back or interfere when it becomes inconvenient for us. It's ours and it's our responsibility.

God isn`t silent to violence pal, he has given us freedom of choice to either choose life or death. Violence occurs because of of evil and God does not force us to choose the right way or wrong way nevertheless he pleads for us to see the truth and decided for oursselves.

All is God's plan and it's up to us what to do... What do you think would life be without something to learn about avoiding violence...there is violence in the first place because we are corrupted by our own selves...such a lonely life that would be...

Imagine an intervention from God, what it would be like!
I think it would be, that God will send upon us a new era, as always had happened. History is recorded, any evil have its time but the righteous has always prevail.
No, God is not silent.
God is mercy, man is not.
