'Shrimp Nuggets' too.
We also have "Mancha Nuggets", potato, cheese and jalapeno nuggets. Take a look here:

Or how about this 'Southwest chicken fillet cheese' sandwich:

I'm and American living in Japan and I haven't really tried any of these yet, but just looking at them doesn't make me want to order them.(^_-)-☆
We also have interesting 'McShake' flavors like 'Mellon' and 'Mango shake'....
French fries you can add 'Nori'- seaweed seasoning to:

Pretty interesting huh? Don't have anything like that back on the menus in the US that I recall! (Although, I could be wrong?)♡

My husband was an Army brat and in Germany and Russia they sold beer at McDonald's... I think in some European countries they eat their fries with mayonaisse, not ketchup

I am from Mexico and the last time we went to visit family they had a McDonald's there.. it was the "new thing" cause I'm from a very poor border town... anyway, they have tacos, beans, chorizo, and at the condiments table they have several types of salsas and hot sauces... they also have omeletes... it was actually pretty good for a fast food place...it's NOTHING like the knock-off b/s they serve at Taco Bell...

Japanese McDonald's do NOT sell sushi!!!!!!!!!!!

Sushi is FAR too expensive (and luxurious!) for a grotty old McD to sell...!!
; )

(We live in Japan. Until the Doraemon toys come with the happy set, from the 25th of August, my daughter is only interested in Mango flavoured MacShakes!!!)
