i have nothing against jews, but is israel not illegal? was there not a country before israel that was robbed ?

AND MAY I STATE THAT MUSLIMS IN ANY WAY AT ALL DO NOT HATE JEWS, BUT THEY HATE THE FACT THAT SOO MANY ARE KILLED EVERY DAY ' BEACUASE ISRAEL IS TRYING TO DEFEND ITS SELF, BUT IS IT NO PALESTINE TRYING TO REGAIN WHAT WAS STOLEN? and K M replying to your answer, look at the percentage of land Israel has today compared ith palestime im sure u wil find it is a lot more then just 55% it is visible to the naked eye

Israel is an illegal state, Bush is an illegal prsident, the Patriot Act is unconstitutional....etc., etc... Unfortunately, in this world, if those in power want to legitimize illegal things (and in the case of the Patriot Act, perpetuate the unconstitutional by not prosecuting certain offenses therein) the truth, justice and people who know better are almost powerless to stop them.

I am a Christian and believe that Israel is the "promised land" given to the Jews by God, however, God made a contract with them, and they failed to uphold their part of the bargain. The opportunity was then lost. It's wrong thousands of years later to displace an entire country of people because of a thousands old theistic promise and because "people need a place to go." In my opinion, if God had wanted the Jews to have the land regardless of their inaction on the contract, he would have done it thousands of years ago.

Today, because the international community as a whole has recognized Israel as a state, and has dealt with them as such for years, barring some large Armageddon-scaled conflict, Israel will continue as a legitimate state.

Israel was created in its spot against palestinian will; this much is true.

However, after the holocaust, they needed a place to call their own, and lets face it... the arabs have a quarter of a planet for their religion to call home. Just because their ancestors plopped a sacred shrine intentionally on top of a jewish temple doesnt give them precedence.

muslims cite that it is their holy land too, and thats why they should have it, but by that same reasoning, it is also the jews holy land. so its a toss up. there is technically no reason they shouldnt live in peace, since both religions plus christianity hail from the same prophets (for the most part).

Its just a matter of greed, really. If the palestinians could stop bombing and being insolent, the israelis would gladly give them space.

Technically they are distant relatives of the muslims. Here's the thing, its both the Jews and the Muslim's home. Its unfortunate that its such a hot debate. I just hope peace can be found in the middle east, and tolerance will be something of the future. Back when they drew up the plans, I don't think anyone could have seen the bad result of what giving them this piece of land would do. However it was necessary since it was a prophecy of old.

Israel is NOT an illegal state. The Jewish people were given that land (Promised Land) by God wayyyyy back when....Then lost the land several times throughout history, but God always allowed them to regain it. It is rightfully theirs. But I can see how the Palestinians see it differently. I think they should move to the other surrunding countries and leave Israel alone to be in peace....but because I am a Christ-follower and the Bible says there will be wars over it until he returns then I know that is just inevitable.

yes Israel is illegal, see Palestine is a rich Arab country and has excellent location in the middle east, when the middle east was occupied by British, Churchill who was the prime minister of UK that time had promise bin Gourion of a land to call all Jews and live on it and he found no better than Palestine, and because of the power that time they start calling Jews to live there and start Israel and since 1948 Israeli start destroying and taking the Palestinians properties and killing them (all in history)

now the real Jews are against what is going on in Israel and they don't believe of what Israeli government is doing e.g. David Goldberg try to read his book.

if Israel is legal and have the right in Palestine land then what the hell they are doing in Syria and Lebanon is it their right as well.

Jews never took over any nation run by Arabs, if you look it was part of the British Empire. and the land was given over to it by the UN.
