Definition of terrorism:
"The unlawful use or threatened use of force or violence by a person or an organized group against people or property with the intention of intimidating or coercing societies or governments often for religious, ideological or political reasons."
I see this everywhere, Christians protesting gays, even supporting the suspects of the Matthew Shepard incident, and always telling people they will be tortured for eternity if they do not accept their way of thought.
So exactly what is different from them and a terrorist group? They attempt to strike terror into all non-Christians.

symanlegrix, I am possibly the most articulate and open-minded person I have yet to see at Yahoo! Answers. As soon as I say ANYTHING derogatory against Christianity, I am called ignorant and an "atheist terrorist".

Jen, have you ever heard of psychological terrorism? And isnt that what Christianity does, tries to scare the weak into joining them?

No. It's Freemasons that are. They seem to have a joined monopoly with Islam.
If you would just get out of your cult book, and read the Word of God, you wouldn't have to embarrass yourself by asking these things.

The reason why it is called "Christianity" is because of their belief in Jesus Christ. it has never been or will never be considered a terrorist group. Terrorist are those people that imposes chaos on other people and their property. Christians only try to make other people see the true teachings of Christ and for people to follow to 10 commandments of God. Even though they make protests, I am sure it is done in a peaceful manner, not by dropping bombs and killing innocent people like the real terrorists do. The fact that they are called "terrorists" is that they spread terror and fear and destruction to mankind. Their ideals are to scare the weak and make them follow what they believe in. Try to check the news more often, you'll see the difference between christians and terrorists when you watch what's goin on in Lebanon and Israel.

REAL Christians are nothing like that and they dont intimidate people, they tell them the truth and if you chose to believe great if you dont that's your God given free will (that does not mean you give up on them right away). I dont believe God aproves of that and anyways telling someone they are gonna burn in hell forever is no way to aproach anyone.

There are christian terrorists, but christianity as a whole isn't a terrorist group anymore than islamic fundamentalists are. Sure, there are a lot of terrorists in both groups, but the groups themselves are terrorists because there are those associated with the group that aren't terrorists, and don't engage in any terrorist actions.
In general, religion is a relatively loosely binding agent as far as groups go (not that it's a weak binding agent) in that, anyone can theoretically be a christian.

It's like Islam. Certainly not the entire religion, but there is definately a very small percentage who could be considered terrorists. However few of them actually use guns and bombs as weapons.

accept jesus or else be prepared to be tormented for eternity.
i don't mean to strike fear in you but if just read the bible you'll come to know that whatever it says is true everytime.
thomas eddison wen terminally ill and was in a coma he saw a vision of heaven (a beautiful garden)
and there are many cases that people inthe last stage of their lives in a state of unconciousness have seen a vision of hell
(a lake of burning fire)
for us christians and our jesus every soul is worth more than a millions and that's the reason we tell you to keep away from wrong because sin is addictive and if u sin u are a slave to it and only jesus can save you.

Please dont lump all Christians in with the Godhatesfags guy. He knows NOTHING about Christs message of love, and tolerance. He is shameful to most Christians.
HIS group, yes, should be considered terrorists.

Look at what the Communist Atheist regime in North Korea is doing to its own people.
