Casio Ex-Z850 or Kodak V610?

Question

The big seller about the Kodak is the 10x optical zoom, but I've read bad reviews ... on the other hand I've heard good things about the EX-Z850, but its only 3x optical zoom.

HELP!!!

optical zoom is all about capturing images which are at very long distances. and when it comes to Casio vs Kodak, Kodak is always a big player, Casio is a new player, which i don't trust more. as they are new to this market, they'll take care in every step but Kodak is Kodak, always better than Casio. I'm using Kodak p850, its an SLR, its awesome. try and go to some other model in Kodak with more optical zoom,
