My upper part(chest & stomach) are more fatty than my lower part.
How can i propotionate both the parts....

just work out by concentrating on the upper part of u'r body,mayb do yoga or if u want fast results a gym shud help u!g'd luck

Side - middle - side. Arms straight out in front of you. Knees slightly bent.

all the people in this world have different body (size and shape)
you have to do lots of excercise to maintain the size of your boby.

you cant award any points, and your body shape is inherited, you cant change it much except by specific exercises or lyposuction. good luck
