Try sitting in the front of the bus. Also you may want to try ginger pills which are great for motion sickness. They work better than dremmamine because they are all natural with no sleepy or jittery like side effects

Do you feel like this only when you travel by bus or also by other modes of transport? Try the following:
1. Do not have a heavy meal before you board, especially oily foods. Have a light meal instead.
2. Don't wear tight-fitting clothes. Wear something comfortable.
3. Make sure you have had a good night's sleep the day before.
4. Don't talk too much onboard.
5. Don't read.
6. Try to get a seat in front of the bus and not at the back which can get bumpy.

Hope it helps...

Don't travel by bus. Just kidding.
My nickname in elementary school was "Little Barfer". I rode the bus and frequently puked.
Ride in the front of the bus. It jostles less.
Look forward out the windshield. Seeing where you are going helps.
Dramamine is an over the counter remedy that works wonders. Get it at any pharmacy, where they keep the Pepto Bismal. It can make you sleepy so test it when you are not late for a meeting or test.
Good Luck

Try to engage in some kind of activity other than reading and I would also suggest that you chew gum as that would prevent the nayseatic feeling. This is because due to the imbalance that you feel and also due to the disturbance in the fluid present in the ear.
Try to mentally prepared, you know, think something else, something soothing or even try to listen to music for long journeys.

Hope this helps!!!
