I think I know what you are talking about but cant think of the name but it was shaped like a square and had a yummy liquid center. Was really good. Did not know Dr Pepper made anything like that but I LOVE Dr Pepper I am drinking one right now.

One was called Freshenup, mostly mint flavors with a liquid center. The only other one that i can think of was Bubaloo, the little sister of Bubalicious. They came in fruity flavors with squirty fruit centers.

Pretty sure it was chewells like someone else said. They were kinda square, it it was more gel than liquid.

Chewels had liquid inside, I don't think they make it anymore
