i've actually found a pretty nice way to lose weight.. and actually NOT gain it back.. believe it or not, i've been playing Tennis..and its fun as hell , you cant imagine..the rackets are cheap probably $20 - $45 ... and just go play with a friend or family member. and sooner or later i gaurantee you'll see results!! i did..i lost about 10-13 lbs in about a month and a half..
