with stage 4 cancer and has not much long to live. Do I have a chance at all to go back to the United States even after that. Also I was not able to defend myself with my divorce case. I want that reopened. Do I have a right at all to defend that.

Why would you want to argue the divorce if you are going to die? Plus, if you cared about your family at all, why do something to be convicted and deported?

Stage 4 cancer, shouldn't your kids go visit you? And if you don't have long to live, why waste time reopening a divorce case?

It is extremely unlikely that you will qualify for another visa, especially since a deportation for felony conviction bars you for 20 years. If you left unfinished legal business behind in the US when you were deported, that has no bearing on your qualification for a visa now.

But we are not conducting visa interviews on Yahoo. If you want to apply for a tourist visa, it will only cost you $100 for the interview with a consular officer. If he or she sympathizes with your case and believes you are otherwise qualified, you will be allowed to request a waiver of your inadmissability.

And a prior responder is correct: if you want to see your children, buy them tickets to come and see you. As we often say, the airplanes fly both ways.

You know, sorry you're sick and dying, BUT, life has a law than cannot be changed: consequences. When you make certain choices you get certain consequences that you HAVE to live with. To hope that someone might let you get away with something just because you're sick and dying is WRONG. You should be repentative for what you did wrong and just focus on how you can better yourself before you do die. Write your children letters. Send them lots of pictures of yourself. Join a church and do some good for somebody. Do something GOOD instead of trying to fight with a woman who probably isn't worth fighting with (maybe, she may be better than you) and stop trying to fight the laws of the land. Good luck, and pray.

I am sorry for you....I wish you God's speed.

The only thing I recommend is you see an attorney. Your case is complicated and you really need legal advise.

Please be very selective who you hire to represent you, some immigration attorney's are known to rip people off.

Good luck with that and I do hope you get to see your kids...

You are sh-it out of luck. Can you prove you are dying and won't use visiting your children in the US as an excuse to stay? If not NO.
