I know three programs that do that
1- XPtoLONGHORN:a program that convert the desktop to vista
2- Tune up: you must first download the program and then you download icon packages and themes packages
3- Style XP: this program is specialized in the style converting but want some kinds of XP
I use Tune Up because it give me a lot of advantages beside the style

It's quite easy in fact ... just download this 31 MB OSX transformation pack called "Flyakite OSX" and it does all the work after u install it.

and I dont recommend using style xp or windowblinds as they will eat out your system rescources.

To change the visual styles of XP you need third party software such as StyleXP ( http://www.tgtsoft.com/ ), WindowsBlinds ( http://www.windowblinds.net/ ) or Aston ( http://www.astonshell.com/ ).
Install it then you have to download skin that look like MacOS on the their site and you'll find a lot of them.
