I had my first relationship when I was 16, and that's because no guy was able to make me feel anything more than friendship before then. If you find someone that could make you feel that way and you know will treat you right also if you feel that you're ready then go ahead.

I was 20 before I decided to start dating, because when you start dating before you have matured, then it is really a waste of time, the whole pint of dating is really to find a life partner, and when you are still young, there will be guys out there that are only trying to have relations with you, because they are going through puberty and that is all that is really on their mind. If I were you I would not be in a big hurry, Really dating doesn't get serious until high school and college

I started dating at 17 and I thinks it up to the individual to decide. Don't feel pressured into anything you don't want to do. You will know when it feels right.

16 was when I started and all five of my sons have not dated prior to 16. People who start dating prior to age 16 have a much, MUCH higher tendency to engage in premarital sex

boys will ruin your life.... okay maybe not exactly. Start dating when you feel like you are ready and when you find someone you really enjoy being with. don't feel pressured into dating because you've reached a certain age.
